These terms govern your use of VYLT, software for hairstylists and salons operated by Liz Dimension LLC ("VYLT," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using VYLT, you agree to these terms.
VYLT is built for licensed cosmetology and beauty professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, hold a valid professional license to create an account.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Salon/team accounts are responsible for managing access for their own team members.
VYLT is licensed to you for your own professional use — managing your clients, formulas, inventory, and scheduling. You may not use VYLT to store or process data you don't have the right or client consent to hold, or in any way that violates applicable law or your professional licensing obligations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of client information, formulas, and notes you enter into VYLT, and for obtaining any consent required from your clients to store their information. VYLT provides the tools; you control what's stored and how it's used in your practice.
VYLT's AI-assisted features (formula suggestions, the assistant, photo analysis) are a starting point based on patterns in your own records and general color theory — never a guarantee of a specific outcome. VYLT and its AI are not responsible for color outcomes, hair damage, allergic reactions, or any other result of services performed using suggestions from this app. Always follow your product manufacturers' instructions and your local licensing requirements.
VYLT offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Salon Team subscriptions, billed monthly. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. VYLT and its software, design, and branding are the property of Liz Dimension LLC. You retain ownership of the client, formula, and business data you enter into VYLT.
We work to keep VYLT available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages can occur.
VYLT is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liz Dimension LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VYLT, including damages related to color outcomes or professional services performed using information from the app.
You may stop using VYLT and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Liz Dimension LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
